Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts so long as the order is not fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refunds
We require that customers check their food items when they receive it. If the received items do not match their order, we must be informed immediately in order for the issue to be corrected.
To complete your refund, you must to immediately report to the delivery driver (for delivery orders) or the staff in-store (for pickup orders). A receipt or proof of purchase may be required.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace incorrect items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, talk to staff or the delivery driver.
